At Unto we protect your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). This notice describes what data we collect and how we use it.
Data controller

Data we collect
We collect your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and order details. Payment data is handled directly by Mercado Pago; we do not store your full card details.
Purposes
Primary purposes: process and ship your orders, customer support, invoicing and legal compliance. Secondary purposes (optional): send you promotions and news, which you may decline without affecting your purchase.
Transfers
We share data only with providers required to operate (carriers, Mercado Pago) and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell your data.
ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection (ARCO), and revoke consent or limit the use of your data, by sending your request to info@unto.mx or via WhatsApp at +52 479 117 3825.
Cookies
We use cookies and browser storage to run the site and remember your cart. Separately, Google Analytics uses cookies and browsing and interaction data only if you accept analytics; it does not load before you accept. Declining does not prevent browsing or shopping. Your choice is stored locally in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw it through “Cookie preferences”. Declining stops new analytics transmissions and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site; it does not delete data already sent.
